One of the key features of this charger is its automatic voltage and current adjustment capabilities. To protect the battery, the system automatically identifies the battery voltage and selects the most appropriate current to charge the battery. When the battery voltage is low (e.g., a 12V battery voltage is less than 11V), the system automatically charges the battery at the maximum current, with three gear settings available to adjust the charging current for optimal performance.

Another common issue with battery charging is the LifePO4 battery not being fully charged. The P20 Smart Battery Charger addresses this by incorporating a callback function. When the battery is fully charged, the charger reduces the charge by about 1V-2V, which is normal. After the full charge, the charger adds a small current to maintain an uninterrupted charging process.

Regarding the fan noise, it is normal for the charger to produce some wind noise during operation, as the fan helps to regulate the temperature and ensure efficient charging.
